25, still alive, just getting by, at least I try. But sometimes across my mind flash times gone by and I, just wanna cry.
I look back upon scenes dead and gone and ponder what went wrong. Those warm embraces have been replaced with a sort of stasis which I now face.
Listen as I lament those sweaty nights spent kicking sheets off and taking turns having cold showers, yeah you can go first, you need it worse.
You wise young thing you'll never know the power, the effect you had hour after hour.
In back seats, in cinemas and bushes, on beaches too. In classrooms, bedrooms and change rooms, and any other room that you choose.
I'm not usually one to dwell, on past events but when I look back now I know just how immense was the peace and love share, and how very much we cared. And I see now how very much unprepared was I for the crushing blow, the concrete pillars of biting reality which drove me close, all very most to fighting white insanity.
I'll just sit here for a while, feel the warm breeze from the window on my bare chest and place a smoke to my smile, man we had style.
